The Question: “When you buy items, what percentage do you use your credit card? Debit card? And cold hard cash?”


The Answer: “Credit card - 5%; Debit card - 80%; Cold hard cash - 15%.”


The Answer: “Debit Card - 99%; Credit Card - Internet only; Cash - Rare.”


The Answer: “Credit card - 5%; Debit - 90%; Cash - 10%.”


The Answer: “Debit - 90%; Credit - 5%; Cash - 5%.”


The Answer: “Credit card all the way.”

The Answer: “Debit card - 100%... Even if it is just a dollar! I never carry cash!”


The Answer: “Credit card – 0%; Debit/check – 95+%; Cash – 5-ish%. I like to see where my money is going. Cash seems to disappear with no record.”


The Answer: “Cash - 5%. Everything else debit/credit.”

The Answer: “Debit card - 99.9%; Credit card - 0% (because the stupid thing is maxed); I almost never carry cash.”

The Answer: “I use my debit card the most because it is quick and easy. I’m clumsy and I have had a history of losing cash and credit—just stinks! So debit is the way to go!”
